Courtney, Campus Recruiting Manager, manages the campus team and focuses on building relationships with professors, and equipping her team to recruit top talent. Courtney came to Warren Averett as a college recruiter after working in tax for two years. The opportunity at Warren Averett is initially what brought her on board but the people are the main reason why she stays.
Emily Haley
Emily, Campus Recruiter, strives to build lasting relationships with students and faculty alike to bring A+ talent to Warren Averett. Emily joined the Campus Recruiting team after working for three years in the Audit Department in hopes of using her accounting experience to relate to prospective interns and associates. She is thankful for the team mindset at Warren Averett and has enjoyed seeing how the firm works together across all departments to build success within and around the firm in order to serve our clients well.
Cam Huie
Cameron Huie joined Warren Averett in 2024 and is a Campus Recruiter. His primary responsibilities include finding the best incoming talent for the firm in the North Alabama and Atlanta regions. Cameron enjoys collaborating with other Campus Recruiters and using his talents and abilities to get things done quickly and efficiently. He values the Warren Averett culture for it’s exceptional interdepartmental communication ensuring that no one ever feels unsupported.
Kelsee Ryals
Kelsee Ryals, Campus Recruiter, is a Military veteran who is passionate about developing relationships with universities, coordinating career fairs to meet with potential candidates, conducting interviews and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Kelsee loves contributing to the firm’s success through effective talent management and recruitment strategies. She appreciates Warren Averett’s independent and collaborative work environment, since it helps her remain focused on providing the best possible service.
