Secretary/Administrative Specialist Combination – New Orleans, Louisiana
This is a full-time position reserved for small organizations that do not need a full-time Secretary/Administrative Specialist but need a combination of each position.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibits exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exhibits excellent flexibility, interpersonal skills, project coordination, and ability to work well with all levels of external/internal management and staff
- Demonstrates advanced proficient in Microsoft Office products, Web-based applications, and databases
- Uses advanced judgement in proper procedure for the appropriate tasks.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in appropriate area of specialization
OR
- A.S. Degree
- 2 years of related work experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED/High School Equivalency Certificate
- 4 years of related work experience
