Responsibilities:

  • Consult with existing customers and generate new customers based on their needs for HVAC system replacement, maintenance contracts and retrofit projects
  • Work with new leads to attend new sales meetings with sales team as needed
  • Manage, lead, and continually train sales team of 2 outside sales individuals to stay on sales cycle and provide the necessary touch points to all clients as needed
  • Select which sales calls needed to attend and when as well as tackle any difficult "bubble ups" from existing/new accounts
  • Ensure company sales, revenue and gross profit dollar goals are met
  • Generate new sales strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 3+ years of sales experience (engineering, capital equipment, or similar preferred)
  • Experience creating and working a complete sell cycle from generation to close
  • Understand the financial impact on cash flow, pay-back, ROI, leasing vs purchase, etc
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and understanding of buying motives
