Warren Averett is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our Birmingham, AL office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with many different teams, an expert scheduling guru and a have superior communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
    • Travel will be by car, air, private plane and all coordinating arrangements (hotel, car, dinner, etc…)
  • Establish rapport and maintain relationships with internal business partners
  • Responsible for all administrative correspondence
  • Track submit and audit expense reports for multiple team mates
  • Work with Divisions on their team’s scheduling for client work
  • Document maintenance 
  • Assist with projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently, and effectively under pressure
  • Must be professional and demonstrate a sense of confidentiality regarding their role and the role of those that they support
