Warren Averett Staffing and Recruiting is working with a growing company in Birmingham, AL to identify the newest member of their Accounts Receivable team.  The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in an accounting department and have a great understand of MS Office, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily transactions for accuracy in technician payroll and customer billings
  • Process weekly reconciliation of outstanding customer receivables
  • Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees
  • Responding to employee payroll and inventory questions
  • Process technician timesheet review as needed
  • Record results from technician van audits in our internal developed software

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
  • Microsoft Excel experience required (comfortable with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, etc…)
