Warren Averett Staffing and Recruiting is looking for an administrative assitant for our Birmingham, AL office. The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker and have a strong attention to detail.


  • Manage the email inbox and calendars of 3 key members of the operations team
  • Assist with completing expense reports
  • Assist with additional projects/initiatives as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
  • Positive, "can do" attitude required
  • Attention to detail is a must
